training, coaching and teaching out of our love for Jesus Christ

First of all we have a team full time involved with Paradigm Shift, Re-Loaded and other activities. These people are living and working with Youth with a Mission.

Besides that we have trainers and coaches who are part time involved or as volunteers and who have been trained by the team. They have gone through the training themselves in which they are involved.

Most of the trainers are none professionals, whichg means they haven received a certificat or soemthing like that. They have been trained and shapen by the training in which they are involved and out of their personal relationship with Jesus Chrits they answer teh call upon their lives: Go and make disciples of all nations!! [mattews 28:19]

The trainers are educated and traind during the time of their commitment to a group. After that they are invited to participate in a intervision group.

Thee trainers follow the curriculum of the PS Training and use the materials provided by Paradigm Shift/Re-Loaded.

They are trained in how to train interactive and in a socratic way. They asume responsbility of the trainee for their way of learning. Trainers are challenged to train in such a way that it connects with real life imediately so its relevance is great.

Since 1997 I am duilding this training. My heart is for the unreached peoples. And I know that God wants to reach out to them and offer His love by sending us to them. We are to present the good news to them. Life through and by the Spirit that became available through Jesus Christ.
