Practical

Every group meets weekly, and once every 2 weeks a trainer-coach will visit to give input.

Every participant has one or two co-participants with whom he/she has meetings outside of the group, the so called buddies.

The trainer-coach gives homework assessments so the participant gets oppertunities to grow in specific areas. Making the homework is therefore the responsibility of the participant.

 not-committal is not an option in the group and therefore a number of basic rules are agreed upon. These rules contain tasks that we have as Christians, like the task to love and forgive each other, and it also includes agreements on what time the meetings begin and end.

Finally, we have PS-CELEBRATIONS four times a year which is open for guests. The first CELEBRATION is the kick-off weekend for where all PS-groups meet together to start the new season. An excellent opportunity for newcomers to get to know PS. It is therefore a 'must' for all participants.
